Alumnae Chapter Officers
Our Alumnae Chapter slates officers every two years.  Our current slate runs through May of 2014.  We slate officers for President, Treasurer, Secretary, Reference Chairman and Collegiate Alumnae Relations.  There are also opportunities for Fraternity Education, Social, Historian and Membership if there is interest. 

Advising Team to Delta Pi
We currently need a Financial Advisor for the Delta Pi House.  There are several alumnae members assisting with meetings and officer teams.  Please contact Susan Sistler, Alumnae Advisor, if you are able to assist. (susansistler@hotmail.com)

House Corporation
Julia Hersom is President of House Corporation and currently has a full team of officers.  However, they can always use assistance at meetings and to implement improvements at the Chapter House. (jeysh06@yahoo.com)

Recycling Program Fundraiser Coordinator
Laura learned about a recycling program fundraiser that other alumnae chapters use to help raise funds for sending delegates to Convention.  Susan Sistler volunteered to help start up the program.  Now we need a volunteer to coordinate this program during our Founder’s Day Celebration and Circle Degree each year.  Please start collecting used ink cartridges, toner and out-dated electronics.

Scrapbook Project - Historian
Need a volunteer to continue the work of Peg Chandler (Delta Pi’49)  She started the process of combining past scrapbooks with current photos before moving to Texas to be closer to family.  We also need names of chapter officers prior to 1969 and more photos.

Membership Development Chair
Contact members about to celebrate their Diamond, Golden or Silver Circle milestones and discuss options for commemorating these milestones.  Provide member highlights for quarterly newsletters.

New Member Sisterhood Event at Laura Walsten’s home.  Need help with food, pampering, sharing traditions and teaching songs.

Founder’s Day 11/??                                                                                   Approx 7pm  
Need an alumnae member who can lead the 15-20 minute career workshop presentation.

Saturday, 4/27/14, Circle Degree/Pansy Brunch              2:45pm - 5:00pm  
At Laura Walsten’s home.  Ceremony, followed by Pansy Dinner. 

Need help with food, kitchen organization, robes, and traffic control.  Will firm up this date once we know about Mom’s weekend, the Illinois Marathon and Greeks at Bat.

Officers’ Training                                                             1-4 pm
Training at Laura Walsten’s home.  Need help with snacks and goal setting facilitators when we break into officer teams.   (need 5 facilitators - not sure about this activity going forward)
